I haven't added anything here in quite awhile so I thought I'd just jot something down.
Haven't written or drawn in quite awhile, to much real life.
No details, if you're intrested go watch a reality show on TV, better commericals.
Plenty of inspiration just from those on this site alone, but no time to work on them.
Hopefully next month will be better.
See that part down below
Listening to: CD's my daughter made for me
Reading: The Bluejacket's Manual
Watching: Supernatural
Playing: At drawing
Eating: Chili
Drinking: coffee
How the hell do I change it?
Just for the record:
Listening to: some dumb soap operamy wife is sleeping through
Reading: Nothing - I'm thinning out my books in preperation to move - which old friends to get rid of...
Watching: Nothing - but that will change soon
Playing: At drawing
Eating: Pancakes
Drinking: Instant ice tea

Guilty Pleasures
The following movies are not cinematic masterpieces, more often than not they are pretty awful.
Some (or most) don't even have a huge cult following. And most people reading this list will just shake their heads and wonder about my sanity.
And even through they have cheesy effects, even cheesier dialogue, wooden sets, more wooden actors, and plots you can throw a bus through, these films sparked something in my imagination that has later shown up in my drawings and stories.
When I find them in a thrift store or flea market I buy them to recapture that spark and for the look on my son's face when he sees what "gem" I dragged home now.

The Best No. 2 Movies
Here is my list of the best first sequel movies.
1. The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002) - Best fantasy series ever made
2. Aliens (1986) - Expanded Alien into an entire universe
3. Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (1982) - Khaaaan!
4. Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) - He came back
5. Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back (1980) - Was the second movie made of the series before all that prequel junk
6. Hellboy II: The Golden Army (2008) - Great creature designs
7. Predator 2 (1990) - Glover on the Predator ship was my favorite scene
8. The Mummy Returns (2001) - Two reasons: Rachel Weisz & Patricia Velásquez

Great Minds
My son and I went to see "Hellboy II" today. I enjoyed it and if your into elfpunk this my be a movie for you. I'm still looking for who was the production artist. I've seen similar designs from a well known fantasy artist, but I'll be damned if I remember his name.
One of the previews shown was for the new Mummy movie. When I saw it I said "Damn they stole my idea!"
There was a scene dealing with something similar to the Terracotta Army in China. when I first saw and article of The Terracotta Army of the First Emperor of China in an issue of National Geographic I thought to my self "Magical Zombie Army" and made it a scene in a story I've
Thump, thump, thump
This is not good, I must be getting to old. For over a month I've had this creative block.
I start on something, put it down for some distraction (sleep, work, the usual), and then can't seem to get back to it.
I've done this a dozen times already.
I'm going from frustrated to worried.
I get inspired but can't lose interest all to soon.
I just don't know.
